Guanabenz (Wytensin ) je alfa agonist alfa-2 tipa koji se koristi kao antihipertenzivni lek. On se upotrebljava za tretiranje visokog krvnog pritiska (hipertenzije ).[6] [7]
Najčešće nuspojava tomo njegove upotrebe su nesvestica , pospanost , suva usta , glavobolja i slabost .
