Izoprenalin (INN) (izoproterenol (USAN), Medihaler-Iso, Isuprel) je simpatomimetički beta adrenergički agonist.[6]

On je strukturno sličan adrenalinu. Izoproterenol je β1 β2 neselektivni agonist.[7]

Odnos strukture i aktivnosti[uredi - уреди | uredi kôd]

Izopropil aminska grupa izoproterenola ga čini selektivnim za β receptore. Slobodne hidroksilne grupe katehola su odgovorne za njegovu podložnost enzimatskom metabolizmu.[8]
