Zlatni globus za najboljeg glumca u igranom filmu – drama je jedna od nagrada Zlani globus koja je počela da se dodeljuje od 1951. godine. Pre toga dodeljivana je u kategoriji Najbolji glumac u igranom filmu, a od 1951. podeljena je na dve kategorije, ovu i Zlatni globus za najboljeg glumca u igranom filmu – mjuzikl ili komedija.

Zvanični naziv se menjao vremenom, a od 2005. godine ova nagrada se zvanično zove Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture-Drama.
