Katalitička podjedinica DNK polimeraze delta je enzim koji je kod ljudi kodiran POLD1 genom.[1][2] Ona je komponenta kompleksa DNK polimeraza delta.

POLD1, zajedno sa enzimom POLE, je asocirana sa višestrukim adenomom.[3]
