Victor McLaglen (10. decembar 1886 - 7. novembar 1959) bio je britanski glumac, najpoznatiji po nizu upečatljivih uloga u klasičnim hollywoodskim filmovima 1930-ih, među kojima se najviše ističe lik Gypa Nolana u filmu The Informer, za koga je osvojio Oscara.
Rodio se u porodici protestantskog pastora, a od malena je pokazivao sklonost pustolovnom duhu, te se kao adolescent priključio britanskoj vojsci nadajući se sudjelovanju u Drugom burskom ratu. Iz vojske je izbačen kada se otkrilo da je lagao o svojim godinama; kasnije je za život zarađivao kao putujući zabavljač i bokser. U Prvom svjetskom ratu je služio u Britanskoj vojsci i napredovao do čina kapetana. Nakon što je neko vrijeme glumio na pozornic i par opksurnih filmova u domovini, 1920-ih je došao u Hollywood gdje se nametnuo kao jedan od najupečatljivijih karakternih glumaca.
Njegov mlađi brat Cyril McLaglen je također bio glumac, a sin Andrew McLaglen je kasnije postao ugledni televizijski režiser.
