TRNKIle-lizidinska sintaza (EC 6.3.4.19, TilS, mesJ (gen), yacA (gen), izoleucin-specifični transfer ribonukleat lizidinska sintetaza, tRNKIle-lizidinska sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-lizin:(tRNKIle2)-citidin34 ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Bakterijski enzim modifikuje nestabilnu bazu CAU antikodona u tRNKIle molekulu.
