Lizin 2-monooksigenaza (EC 1.13.12.2, lizinska oksigenaza, lizinska monooksigenaza, L-lizin-2-monooksigenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-lizin:kiseonik 2-oksidoreduktaza (dekarboksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-lizin + O2 5-aminopentanamid + CO2 +H2O
Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD). On takođe deluje na druge diamino kiseline.
