Karboksipeptidaza B (EC 3.4.17.2, protaminaza, pankreasna karboksipeptidaza B, tkivna karboksipeptidaza B, peptidil-L-lizin (L-arginin) hidrolaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj cinkov enzim se formira iz prokarboksipeptidaze B.
