Gentamicin 2"-nukleotidiltransferaza (EC 2.7.7.46, gentamicin 2-adenililtransferaza, aminoglikozidna adenililtransferaza, gentamicinska 2-nukleotidiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom NTP:gentamicin 2-nukleotidiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- nukleozid trifosfat + gentamicin difosfat + 2-nukleotidilgentamicin
ATP, dATP, CTP, ITP i GTP mogu da deluju kao donori; kanamicin, tobramicin i sizomicin takođe deluju kao akceptori.
