Daktilizin (EC 3.4.24.60, endopeptidaza inaktivacije peptidnog hormona, PHIE) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza peptida sa najmanje šest ostataka, sa glomaznim hidrofobnim ostacima u P1' poziciji. Ispoljava preferenciju za hidrofobne doublete kao što su -Phe-Phe- i -Phe-Leu- u somatostatin-(1-14)-peptidu i dinorfin A-(1-6)-peptidu, respektivno
Ova endopeptidaza se izlučuje iz kože vodozemca Xenopus laevis.
