Citidin difosfat, CDP, je nukleotid. Ovo jedinjenje je ester pirofosforne kiseline sa nukleozidom citidinom. CDP se sastoji od pirofosfatne grupe, pentoznog šećera riboze, i nukleobaze citozina.[4][5]
