Biotin-(propionil-KoA-karboksilaza (ATP-hidrolizujuća)) ligaza (EC 6.3.4.10, biotin-(propionil-KoA-karboksilaza (ATP hidroliza)) sintetaza, biotin-propionil koenzim A karboksilazna sintetaza, propionil koenzim A holokarboksilazna sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom biotin:apo-(propanoil-KoA:ugljen-dioksid ligaza (formira ADP)) ligaza (formira AMP).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
