Argininosukcinatna sintaza (EC 6.3.4.5, citrulin—aspartat ligaza, argininosukcinatna sintetaza, arginin sukcinatna sintetaza, argininosukcinsko kiselinska sintetaza, arginosukcinatna sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-citrulin:L-aspartat ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
