Alanin—okso-kiselina transaminaza (EC 2.6.1.12, L-alanin-alfa-keto kiselinska aminotransferaza, leucin-alaninska transaminaza, alanin-keto kiselinska aminotransferaza, alanin-okso kiselinska aminotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-alanin:2-okso-kiselina aminotransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
