Tropin aciltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.185, tropin:acil-KoA transferaza, acetil-KoA:tropan-3-ol aciltransferaza, tropin acetiltransferaza, tropin tigloiltransferaza, TAT) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acil-KoA:tropin O-aciltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je apsolutno specifičan za endo/3alfa konfiguraciju tropina.
