Tiroidni hormon transaminaza (EC 2.6.1.26, 3,5-dinitrotirozinska transaminaza, tiroid hormonska aminotransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-3,5,3'-trijodotironin:2-oksoglutarat aminotransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-3,5,3'-trijodotironin + 2-oksoglutarat 3-[4-(4-hidroksi-3-jodofenoksi)-3,5-dijodofenil]-2-oksopropanoat + L-glutamat
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein. On deluje na monojodotirozin, dijodotirozin, trijodotironin, tiroksin i dinitrotirozin.
