Tiramin N-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.27, DIB O-metiltransferaza (3,5-dijodo-4-hidroksi-benzojeva kiselina), S-adenozil-metionin:tiramin N-metiltransferaza, tiraminska metilferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:tiramin N-metiltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + tiramin S-adenozil-L-homocistein + N-metiltiramin
Ovaj enzim u manjoj meri deluje i na feniletilaminske analoge.
