Tetin—homocistein S-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.3, dimetiltetin-homocisteinska metiltransferaza, tetin-homocisteinska metilferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dimetilsulfonijumacetat:L-homocistein S-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- dimetilsulfonioacetat + L-homocistein S-metiltioglikolat + L-metionin
