Taksadienska sintaza (EC 4.2.3.17, geranilgeranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira taksadien)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranilgeranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira taksa-4,11-dien).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

geranilgeranil difosfat taksa-4,11-dien + difosfat

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi diterpenoidnog antineoplastičnog leka Taksol (paklitaksela).
