Senecionin N-oksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.101, senecionin monooksigenaza (formira N-oksid), SNO) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom senecionin,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (formira N-oksid).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- senecionin + NADPH + H+ + O2 senecionin N-oksid + NADP+ +H2O
Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein. On može da koristi NADH umesto NADPH.
