Selenat reduktaza (EC 1.97.1.9, Selenate reductase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom selenit:redukovani akceptor oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
- selenit + H2O + akceptor selenat + redukovani akceptor
Periplazmički enzim iz Thauera selenatis je kompleks koji se sastoji od tri heterologne podjednice (alfa, beta i gama). On sadrži molibden, gvožđe, sulfid i hem B kao kofaktorske konstituente. Nitrat, nitrit, hlorat i sulfat su supstrati.
