Scitalidopepsin-A (EC 3.4.23.31, Scytalidium aspartinska proteinaza A, Scytalidium lignicolum aspartinska proteinaza, Scytalidium lignicolum aspartinska proteinaza A-2, Scytalidium lignicolum aspartinska proteinaza A-I, Scytalidium lignicolum aspartinska proteinaza C, Scytalidium lignicolum karboksilna proteinaza, Scytalidium lignicolum kiselinska proteinaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza proteina sa specifičnošću koja je slična sa pepsinom A. Takođe se ralaže Cys(SO3H)7-Gly i Leu17-Val u B lancu insulina
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz gljive Scytalidium lignicolum .
