Oligopeptidaza A (EC 3.4.24.70, 68000-M signalnopeptidna hidrolaza) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza oligopeptida sa širokom specifičnošću. Gly i Ala se često javljaju na P1 ili P1' ostacima, mada su udaljeniji ostaci takođe važni, npr. Dolazi do razlaganja Z-Gly-Pro-Gly-Gly-Pro-Ala, dok se Z-(Gly)5 ne razlaže
Ovaj enzim je prisutan u bakterijama Escherichia coli i Salmonella typhimurium.
