Oksaloacetatna dekarboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.3, oksaloacetatna beta-dekarboksilaza, oksalacetinsko kiselinska dekarboksilaza, oksalatna beta-dekarboksilaza, oksaloacetatna karboksi-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom oksaloacetat karboksi-lijaza (formira piruvat).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
