Nuatigenin 3b-glukoziltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.192, uridin difosfoglukoza-nuatigenin glukoziltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-glukoza:(20S,22S,25S)-22,25-epoksifurost-5-en-3beta,26-diol 3-O-beta-D-glukoziltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- UDP-glukoza + (20S,22S,25S)-22,25-epoksifurost-5-en-3beta,26-diol UDP + (20S,22S,25S)-22,25-epoksifurost-5-en-3beta,26-diol 3-O-beta-D-glukozid
Poznato je da i drugi sapogenini mogu da deluju kao glukozilni akceptori. Poznato je da ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi biljnih saponina.
