Nikotinat N-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.7, furanokumarinska 8-metiltransferaza, furanokumarinska 8-O-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:nikotinat N-metiltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
