Diadenozin heksafosfatna hidrolaza (formira ATP) (EC 3.6.1.61, Ndx1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom P1,P6-bis(5'-adenozil)heksafosfat nukleotidohidrolaza (formira ATP).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (1) P1,P6-bis(5'-adenozil)heksafosfat + H2O 2 ATP
- (2) P1,P5-bis(5'-adenozil)pentafosfat + H2O ATP + ADP
- (3) P1,P4-bis(5'-adenozil)tetrafosfat + H2O ATP + AMP
Za dejstvo ovog enzim je neophodno prisustvo dvovalentnih katjona (Mn2+, Mg2+, Zn2+, i Co2+).
