NAD+ difosfataza (EC 3.6.1.22, nikotinamid adenin dinukleotidna pirofosfataza, NADP pirofosfataza, NADH pirofosfataza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom NAD+ fosfohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- NAD+ + H2O AMP + NMN
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na NADP+, 3-acetilpiridin i na tionikotinamidne analoge molekula NAD+ i NADP+.
