N-acil-D-glutamatna deacilaza (EC 3.5.1.82) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-acil-D-glutamat amidohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-acil-D-glutamat + H2O karboksilat + D-glutamat
Enzim iz Alcaligenes xylosoksidans subsp. Xylosoksidans i Pseudomonas sp. je specifičan za N-acil-D-glutamat.
