N-acetilornitin karbamoiltransferaza (EC 2.1.3.9, acetilornitinska transkarbamilaza, N-acetilornitinska transkarbamilaza, AOTC, karbamoil-fosfat:2-N-acetil-L-ornitinska karbamoiltransferaza, AOTCaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom karbamoil-fosfat:N2-acetil-L-ornitin karbamoiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- karbamoil fosfat + N2-acetil-L-ornitin fosfat + N-acetil-L-citrulin
Ovaj enzim se razlikuje od EC 2.1.3.3, ornitin karbamoiltransferaze.
