Mukonolaktonska D-izomeraza (EC 5.3.3.4, mukonolaktonska izomeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 5-okso-4,5-dihidrofuran-2-acetat Delta3-Delta2-izomeraza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
