Miristoil-KoA 11-(E) desaturaza (EC 1.14.99.31, miristoil KoA 11-(E) desaturaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom n-tetradekanoil-KoA,NAD(P)H:O2 oksidoreduktaza (11-(E) desaturacija).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
- miristoil-KoA + NAD(P)H + H+ + O2 (E)-11-tetradecenoil-KoA + NAD(P)+ + 2H2O
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u sintezi seks feromona kod moljaca Spodoptera littoralis.
