Metilizocitratna lijaza (EC 4.1.3.30, 2-metilizocitratna lijaza, MICL, (2S,3R)-3-hidroksibutan-1,2,3-trikarboksilat piruvat-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2S,3R)-3-hidroksibutan-1,2,3-trikarboksilat piruvat-lijaza (formira sukcinat).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim deluje na treo-Ds-2-metilizocitrat.
