Laktoil-KoA dehidrataza (EC 4.2.1.54, laktoil koenzim A dehidrataza, laktil-koenzim A dehidraza, laktil KoA dehidrataza, akrilil koenzim A hidrataza, laktoil-KoA hidrolijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (R)-laktoil-KoA hidrolijaza (formira acriloil-KoA).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
