Ksilitol oksidaza (EC 1.1.3.41, ksilitolna oksidaza, ksilitol:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza, AldO) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom alditol:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim iz Streptomyces vrste IKD472 i iz Streptomyces coelicolor je monomerna oksidaza koja sadrži jedan molekul FAD-a po molekulu proteina. Ksilitol i sorbitol su preferentni supstrati.
