Kortikosteroidna izomeraza bočnog lanaca (EC 5.3.1.21) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 11-dezoksikortikosteron aldoza-ketoza-izomeraza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Epimerizacija na C-20 i C-21 je verovatno katalizovana istim enzimom.
