KoA-glutation reduktaza (EC 1.8.1.10, koenzim A glutation disulfidna reduktaza, NADPH-zavisna koenzim A-SS-glutationska reduktaza, koenzim A disulfid-glutationska reduktaza, NADPH:KoA-glutationska oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glutation:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza (KoA-acilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- KoA + glutation + NADP+ KoA-glutation + NADPH + H+
Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein. Supstrat je mešoviti disulfid.
