Katepsin O (EC 3.4.22.42, Cathepsin O) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Ovaj rekombinantni ljudski enzim hidrolizuje sintetičke endopeptidazne supstrate uključujući Z-Phe-Arg-NHMec i Z-Arg-Arg-NHMec
Katepsin O je lizozomalna cisteinska peptidaza iz familije C1 (papainske familije).
