Izoviteksin b-glukoziltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.106, uridin difosfoglukoza-izoviteksin 2-glukoziltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-glukoza:izoviteksin 2-O-beta-D-glukoziltransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Izoviteksin je flavonoid iz Silene alba.
