Izocitratna epimeraza (EC 5.1.2.6, Isocitrate epimerase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (1R,2S)-1-hidroksipropan-1,2,3-trikarboksilat 1-epimeraza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(1R,2S)-1-hidroksipropan-1,2,3-trikarboksilat je čest izomer izocitrata.
