Inozitol-trisfosfat 3-kinaza (EC 2.7.1.127, 1D-mio-inozitol-trisfosfat 3-kinaza, Ins(1,4,5)P3 3-kinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:1D-mio-inozitol-1,4,5-trisfosfat 3-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim se aktivira jonom Ca2+. Poznate su tri izoforme.
