Hinolin 2-oksidoreduktaza (EC 1.3.99.17, hinolinska 2-oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom hinolin:akceptor 2-oksidoreduktaza (hidroksilacija).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

hinolin + akceptor +H2O hinolin-2(1H)-on + redukovani akceptor

Hinolin-2-ol, hinolin-7-ol, hinolin-8-ol, 3-, 4- i 8-metilhinolini i 8-hlorohinolin su supstrati. Jodonitrotetrazolijum hlorid može da deluje kao elektronski akceptor.
