Hijaluronatna lijaza (EC 4.2.2.1, hijaluronidaza, glukuronaglikozaminoglikanska lijaza, mukinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom hialuronat lijaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaže hijaluronatne lance na beta-D-GalNAc-(1->4)-beta-D-GlcA vezi, čime se polisaharid razlaže do 3-(4-dezoksi-beta-D-gluk-4-enuronozil)-N-acetil-D-glukozamina
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na hondroitin.
