Hidroksimetilpirimidin kinaza (EC 2.7.1.49, hidroksimetilpirimidinska kinaza (fosforilacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:4-amino-5-hidroksimetil-2-metilpirimidin 5-fosfotransferaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
CTP, UTP i GTP mogu da deluju kao donori.
