Hidroksibutirat-dimer hidrolaza (EC 3.1.1.22, D-(-)-3-hidroksibutirat-dimerna hidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (R)-3-((R)-3-hidroksibutanoiloksi)butanoat hidroksibutanoilhidrolaza.[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
