Versatil peroksidaza (EC 1.11.1.16, VP, hibridna peroksidaza, polivalentna peroksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom reaktivno-crno-5:vodonik-peroksid oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

(1) boja reaktivno crno 5 + H2O2 boja oksidovano reaktivno crno 5 + 2H2O
(2) donor + H2O2 oksidovani donor + 2H2O

Ovaj enzim je hemoprotein. Ligninolitička peroksidaza kombinuje supstratno-specifične karakteristike dve druge ligninolitičke peroksidaze, EC 1.11.1.13, mangan peroksidaze i EC 1.11.1.14, lignin peroksidaze. On takođe može da oksiduje fenole, hidrohinone i boje.
