Glutaminaza (EC 3.5.1.2, glutaminaza I, L-glutaminaza, glutamin aminohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-glutamin amidohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
