Glicerol-3-fosfat oksidaza (EC 1.1.3.21, glicerol fosfatna oksidaza, glicerol-1-fosfatna oksidaza, glicerol fosfatna oksidaza, L-alfa-glicerofosfatna oksidaza, alfa-glicerofosfatna oksidaza, L-alfa-glicerol-3-fosfatna oksidaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sn-glicerol-3-fosfat:kiseonik 2-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- sn-glicerol 3-fosfat + O2 gliceron fosfat +H2O2
Ovaj enzim je flavoprotein (FAD).
