Galaktozid 3-fukoziltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.152, Luisova negativna alfa-3-fukoziltransferaza, plazma alfa-3-fukoziltransferaza, guanozin difosfofukoza-glukozid alfa1->3-fukoziltransferaza, GDP-L-fukoza:1,4-beta-D-galaktozil-N-acetil-D-glukozaminil-R 3-L-fukoziltransferaza, GDP-beta-L-fukoza:1,4-beta-D-galaktozil-N-acetil-D-glukozaminil-R 3-L-fukoziltransferaza, GDP-beta-L-fukoza:1,4-beta-D-galaktozil-N-acetil-D-glukozaminil-R 3-alfa-L-fukoziltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom GDP-beta-L-fukoza:(1->4)-beta-D-galaktozil-N-acetil-D-glukozaminil-R 3-alfa-L-fukoziltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- GDP-beta-L-fukoza + (1->4)-beta-D-galaktozil-N-acetil-D-glukozaminil-R GDP + (1->4)-beta-D-galaktozil-[alfa-(1->3)-L-fukozil]-N-acetil-D-glukozaminil-R
Ovaj enzim normalno deluje na glikokonjugate, gde je R glikoprotein ili glikolipid.
