GTP ciklohidrolaza I (EC 3.5.4.16, GTP ciklohidrolaza, guanozin trifosfatna ciklohidrolaza, guanozin trifosfat 8-deformilaza, dihidroneopterin trifosfatna sintaza, GTP 8-formilhidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom GTP 7,8-8,9-dihidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- GTP + H2O format + 7,8-dihidroneopterin 3'-trifosfat
Rreakcija se sastoji od hidrolize dve C-N veze i izomerizacije pentozne jedinice. Reciklizacija može da bude neenzimatska.
